We are happy to announce that Frank Röttger will join the SPOR cluster on September 1st, 2023, as an assistant professor in the statistics group. His research interests are centered around mathematical statistics, especially in graphical models, optimal design, and algebraic statistics. Furthermore, he is interested in topics in probabilistic combinatorics. He did is PhD in University Magdeburg and afterwards held research fellow positions at MPI MiS Leipzig and University of Geneva.
